Three more attempts to derail trains were made yesterday, in addition to wire-cutting and other forms of sabotage (wanton destruction of property). Several arrests have been made. NEARLY 3000 CASES OP SABOTAGE (Received July 14, 0.5 a.m.) PARIS, July 13. M. Caillaux, tho Premier, states that there have been 2930 cases of railway sabotage since October, and that only two culprits were brought to trial.
