Tho “ Standard ” states that tho Labour party has conferred with Mr Fisher, Prime Minister of Australia, to tho advisableness of closer relations between tho .respective Labour parties of tho Empire, by .means of interchange of communications, visits, and conferences at regular Intervals in tho Mother Country and each of tho oversea Dominions in turn. Definite proposals have boon drafted, and will bo discussed at a conference between the Labour party and tho Labour members of tho oversea Parliaments, to bo held nest week at tho House of Commons.
