PICTURE MANAGER FINED.
TBEBS ASSOCIATION. TIMARU. July 13. The manager of Fullers' Pictures was convicted and ordered to pay costs and solicitor's fe© for ovcroiowding the theatre on the King’s Birthday. The magistrate remarked that in licensing such buildings the number allowed each section should be stated, not a single total, or the circle might be dangerously overcrowded within the limit -of the license.
