HARRIERS
The Wednesday section of the Brooklyn Harriers held an enjoyable run from Brooklyn yesterday, at the invitation of Dr Couzens, the vice-president. .A course was taken down the Valley road, then on to the hills in the’ direction of Jclnnd Bay, back again to the Happy Valley, beach, and home. The run-in was won by H. Pollock, G. Scott and C. Hough taking second and third places respectively. After tea and a little music Captain Scott, on behalf of the pack, thanked Dr and Mrs Couzens for their hospitality, and called for three cheers, which were heartily given. The run next Wednesday takes place from Island Bay. New members are cordially invited.
