OPPOSITION SPEECH.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, July 12. Mr Hcrdman, M.P. for Wellington North, spoke at Palmerston South last night in reply to Sir James Carroll and on - other matters. He received an excellent hearing, and was accorded a vote of thanks.
