On the motion of Mr J. W, Macdonald, solicitor to tho Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court -yesterday granted to the Public Trustee probate of the -wills of tho under-mentioned deceased persons:—Henry Blackmore, late of Opawa, postal official; James Marshall, late of Milton, fanner; Ellen Trvhov, late of Brunnerton, -widow; James O’Grady, late of Dunedin, retired ihpelayev; Ann Pudney, late of Wellington, widow; Janet Gow, also known as Janet Gdw Chamberlain, late of Greyirfouth. spinster. Orders to administer were also granted in' resoect of the estates of the following : Harriet Frances Maclean, late of Dunedin, married woman; George Chilton, late of Arch Hill, French. poTisflier; John Scott Angus, hate of Auckland, watchmaker (with will annexed).
