WORKMAN INJURED,
Amos Sarett, a married man, tliirtyeight years of age, residing at Wadestown and employed in the railway goods shed, was seriously injured through the falling of a girder yesterday. A steel girder was being lifted with a crane when tho chain broke and the girder struck Sarett on the thigh and right ankle, a fracture resulting in the first instance and a compound fracture in the latter. The injured man was taken to the hospital.
