The St. Petersburg correspondent of “The Times ” states that Germany, replying to the Russian queries in regard to tho intervention in Morocco, contends that tho Sus district is outside tho French sphere of influence as dofined by tho Act of Algeciras. Germany alone, it is claimed, is entitled to safeguard Gorman interests, and tho warship will leave when the danger to these interests has disappeared. GERMANY AND FRANCE. DIPLOMATS IN CONFERENCE. BERLIN. July 10. M. Paul Cambon, trench Ambassador to Germany, has conferred with Herr von Kiderlen-VVaechter, Imperial Minister for Foreign AffairsM. Cambon afterwards sorni-officially announced that there was no cause for disquietude—rather both sides were sincere in their desire to come to understanding regarding the differences between them. PARIS. July 10. A conference has been hold between M. de Selves. French Foreign Minister, and Baron do Schocn, tho Gorman Ambassador in Paris. GERMAN OFFICERS WELL RECEIVED AT AGADIR. (Received July 11, 11.25 p.m.) TANGIER, July 11. The Gorman cruiser Berlin's officers landed at Agadir, and were well received by the natives. The chief of tho Sus tribe visited the warship.
