CORONATION CONCERT
Mr W. D. Gorham, secretary to the festival auxiliary choir which assisted at the Coronation celebrations, has received a letter from the town clerk covering the following resolution of the City Council: —"That the thanks of the council and citizens be. given to the festival auxiliary choir and the conductors there- - of_yXessxs Robert ■ Parker, Lawrence Watkins, Horace Hunt, and Maughan Barnett (city organist), for their gratuitous services in connection with the Coronation grand concert on Jane Sind."
