A UNIQUE DIAMOND DISPLAY
Most people will have noticed the references to a wonderful exhibition of peeresses’ tiaras which was arranged in London in aid of the Prince Piancis of Tech memorial fund of the Middlesex hospital. Some two hundred peeresses were invited to lend for exhibition the magnificent tiaras they will wear at the Coronation. The aggregate value of thesa jewels reached a fabulous sum, and people readily paid a guinea to look at such a unique display , of magnificent jewels, most of them family heirlooms. At the expiration of the week originally arranged tor, the crowd of would-be sightseers was so great that the exhibition was prolonged for another week, with admission reduced to half a guinea.
