Ot New Zealand products and manufactures (in which considerable interest is being taken) will bo opened in the Harbour Board’s magnificent new sheds on the 24th of this month, and promises to be a huge success. 1 An exhibition of permanent interest is the extensive show rooms of' Mfssrs' W. F. Bhortt, Ltd., of Willis street, Wellington, whose assortment of beautifully made and exquisitely designed furniture is the admiration of all those who inspect it. Furniture that is made of unseasoned timber is a continual source ot trouble and annoyance from the time it is purchased owing to the drawers sticking and the timber warping and splitting.
