HINDUS PILLAGED WHOLE DISTRICT LAID WASTES BY MOHAMMEDANS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. CALCUTTA, May 23. A dispute Between Mohammedans and Nauiasudras (low caste Hindu agriculturists) in the Chulna district has resulted in a serious situation. Armed Mohammedans to the number of 1000 are scouring the countryside, looting and burning villages. A force of armed police has been dispatched to restore order.
