Accused was undefended by counsel The jury returned a • verdict of guilty without retiring, and tho prisoner was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment On-a further charge of incest', to which he had pleaded guilty in the lower court, he was sentenced to a further ten rears' imprisonment.
