COMPETITIONS SOCIETY
In order that the objects of the newlyformed New Zealand Competitions Society may bo placed, before the public, a public meeting is to be held in the Town Hall next Thursday evening, at 8 o’clock, when lull information will be given as to the society’s objects. The Slayor will preside, and the speakers will be the Eev. Father Hickson, the Ber. E. 0. Blamires, Mr J. M. Clark, Dr Izard, Dr Newman, and Professor McKenzie. All interested are invited to attend. .
