Tho constitution and policy of the Na. tional League will he placed before tho members for approval at a general meeting on Monday, May 29th. Several prominent members will address the meeting on the various questions which arc contained in the policy, and on the general principles of the league. Officers tor the ensuing year will also bo elected at the meeting. . , ’
