COAL VEND CASES
AN ADJOURNMENT PRICES AND FREIGHTS CHARGED BY “COMBINE.” By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received May 19, 10.10 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 19. The hearing of the cases against the coal vend, which have been proceeding in tho High Court before Mr Justice Isaacs, has been adjourned to June sth. The Crown to-day added more particulars to those already served in the action. These included prices charged to different people since tho alleged formation of the combine; also freights charged during the same period.
