GEORGE TUCKWELL'S WILL
MOTION FOE ADMINISTRATION,
A rather famous case, ono which has Ik-cii before the Supremo Court at various times during the last five and a half years, aud has been judicially referred to as "a second Tiohborno case," will again. he revived this morning, when application will ho made to his Honor .11 r Justice Cooper for letters of administration in tho citato of George Tuokwell, a member of a well-known Tinakori road family. When tho case was last before the court on February 3rd, counsel for tho brothers, sisters and next-of-kin of George Tuckwotl adra ftted that bis clients could proceed no further on tho petition then under consideration. In dismissing tho petition his Honor gave leave for affidavit to bo filed by some member of the family to tho effect that Tuokwell was believed to bo dead. This was as a preliminary to tho motion, for administration to bo heard to-day.
