PARLIAMENT ADJOURNS UNTIL JULY NEXT. YEAR A LENGTHY FINAL SITTING Tlie session ended or. Saturday night after a strenuous ordeal by tho members of tho l/ower House, who curried on Friday’s sitting until 1.15 u.m. un Saturday, the consideration of tho Public Works Estimates. They sat again at 10.30 a.m. to put through fairly large Supplementary Estimates. This was dojio in, good time, tho final measure, an Appropriation Bill, being taken lato in the afternoon. This was but briefly debated, and tho formalities concluded at 9 p.m. when ifr. Speaker left the chair. Parliament will reassemble at the end of July.
