Mr Aylesworth, Minister for Justice, explaining The Hague fisheries award,, indicated that the result aided Canada to maintain the sovereignty of Hudson Bay, which he hoped would never be questioned. PREMIER MAY RESIGN. AND TOUR COUNTRY ON NAVAL MATTERS. MONTREAL, December 8. The " Montreal ; Gazette," a leading Conservative organ, states that Sir Wilfrid Laurier will probably resign in tho autumn, and subsequently undertake an educational tour on tho Navy question in Quebec, Ontario, and other provinces.
