It is not a question of ohanoe, for in the life of every individual there comes many chances. In that fifteen years I have seen several rank outsiders come in hero, find a chance, take it and go to the top, or go out of it to do better elsewhere. Pretty soon somebody loft a chance lo be a manager lying around, and the office boy snapped It up. He got too mg for this place before long, and began looking tor chances outside.
