UNION AGREEMENT ILLEGAL ACTION BY MR OSBORNE IS DISMISSED, ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, November 30. Mr,Justice Warrington, in giving judgment in the Court of Chancery for the Amalgamated Society of Railwaymen in an action in which Mr Osborne (who secured the legal decision that trade levies for payment of members of Parliament were illegal) sought a declaration that his expulsion and tho dissolution of the Walthamstow branch were illegal, said the agreement members entered into in joining the society was illegal, as being in restraint of trade.
