AFTER TWO TRIALS. The re-trial of Leslie Ellis, charged with ■being a participant in the burglary at the Levin Hotel on August 2ist last, was concluded in the Supremo Court yesterday, before the Chief Justice, Sir -Robert Stout Mr T. Neavc prosecuted on behalf of tho Crown. Mr IT. O'Leary appearing for the accused.

After a retirement of an hour and twenty minutes the jury brought in a verdict of not guilty.
