(Received October 19, 11.20 p.m.) VANCOUVER, October 19. Mr T. P. O'Connor, M.P., in a speech here defined the form of Home Rule Irish Nationalists wanted as being a snbordinato Parliament. He favoured Mr Birrell's idea of a scheme of Home Rule all round.

LONDON, October 19. , The Master of Elibank, Chief Liberal Whip, speaking at Belfast, said 'Home: E,ula was a far wider question now than: it was twenty-five years ago. Now, behind it lay the arousing of the national spirit of Scotland and Wales, and from business reasons alone the question would soon become an urgent necessity.
