COMMENDABLE ACTION
PROGRESSIVE WANGANUI DAIRYMEN. In citdcr to encourage breeders of pedigree dairy stock to exhibit at _ their annual show, the dairymen of Wanganui have donated a silver' challenge cup to the Wanganui Agricultural Association for the exhibitor who gains (he most points iu classes 35 to 18 inclusive, taking in Holstein, Jerecy, and Ayrshire classes. They also donate a solid silver challenge cup to the exhibitor gaining the greatest number of points in classes 52, 53, and 54. namely pens of . two of yearling, two-year-old, and three-year-old crossbred heifers.
