MOVEMENTS OF JUDGES

Tho Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout} leaves for Auckland to-morrow to preside at tho criminal sessions there, which follow tho civil sittings now being taken by Mr Justice Eel wards.

At the conclusion of business in Auckland, Mr Justice Edwards will preside at the sittings at Masterton. Mr Justice Williams is in tho south, taking the circuit work at Dunedin and Inverca rgill. Mr Justice Cooper, now' taking civil business in ‘Wellington, leaves on Saturday to take the quarterly sitting of the court at Palmerston North.

Tlie Wellington sessions are being taken by Mr Justice Chapman, who will be in. the city until Monday September sth.

Mr Justice Sun is presiding over the present Christchurch sittings of the Con rt.
