"Hack” means a horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the value ot 100 sovs. or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The winner of any race after tho declaration of weights shall he liable to be re-handicapped to the limit of—(a) In flat races a further 101 b for one win, and Gib for every additional win. (b) In hurdle races a further 101 b for one win, and 71b for every additional win. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to bo sealed and_ addressed to tho Secretory, Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree, age, name of owner and trainer, and colours of the rider. 2. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 1, The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations or acceptances, or declaration of weights, as they may deem fit.
