PORT OF LONDON RATES.

The Board of Trade inquiry into the provisional schedule of port rates framed by the Port of London Authority has boon opened by Lord St. Aldwyu. # Objections have been made, by the railway co'mpanies;, to the provisions by which goods coming in and going out by sea are exempt, while goods coming in by sea and going out by rail have to pay.
