As a Councillor, I have been a representative of the City on the latter Board for many years, during five years of which I was chairman. The experience, gained in the administrative work of the expiring Boards would, I submit, be of considerable value on the new Board. NOTICE ia hereby given that at c speoial meeting of the Makara County Council; held on the 11th day of FEBRUARY, 1910, it was resolved by way of Special Order that the, Makara County Council make the following by-law under "The Counties Act, 1908," and that such by-law shall come into force on the Ist day of APRIL, 1910. ■' ■ .
