Tho Contest Department has three now offers to make: (1) FIVE SOVEREIGNS will bo given to tho FIRST Candidate who, holding, less than 31,000 votes on February 17th, works his, or her, way into Tenth Position on any day before tho day on which the Contest closes. (2) FIVE SOVEREIGNS will.be given to tho FIRST Candidate who, holding less than 10,000 votes on February 17th, works his, or her, way into the Leading Twenty on any day before tho day on which tho Contest closes. (3) ONE SOVEREIGN will be given to tho FIRST Candidate who, having less than Two Thousand Votes on February 19th, works his, or her, way into fivo figures (ten thousand) on any day before the day on which tho Contest closes. (4) FIVE SOVEREIGNS will be given to the Candidate amongst the FIRST TWENTY who shows tho greatest increase in votes from February 19th to February 25th. G«t very, very, busy!
