(Received February 18, 0.5 a.m.) LONDON, February 17% At a-meeting of members of the London Chamber of Commerce it was decided to Tecominend the formation of an Anglo-German section under the presidency of Sir Albert Spicer. The aims of the new section, are to assist in removing misunderstandings and clifiiculties and to improve mutual relations between the. two countries generally.
