' " ' I Investigation resulted ill a roll of paper saturated with kerosene being discovered nndeir the floor. The surroundings being so suspicious, tho police investigated the matter, with the result that two Chinese—Uen Gen and Wonj; Lee—were arrested this evening on a eluirge of havinjr set fire.,.to the premises. ' ' " ' They will appear before the court'tomorrow.
