On account of another vendor four cows in full profit fetched j£7 15s. At Mr Coleman's sale there was a good attendance, and cows were well oompetod for. Weddorell (who is retiring through illhealth) to inrvito tenders for tho purchase of the frealhiold of the Masotnao-.Hotel, St. Andrew's, comprising about 20 rooms, stables and outbuildings, and about threequarters of an acre of land.
