AEROPLANES IN EGYPT
ARABS TERRIFIED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. CAIRO, February 7. There has been an aeroplane display in the vicinity of Cairo, the appearance of the machines at Matariyoh, a village five miles to the north-east of the oity, and near to the obelisk of Heliopolis, terrifying many Arabs. Special arrangements were made for the benefit of ladies of tho harem, who, in a special grandstand, watched the spectacle from behind green curtains.
