In referring to the judgment of the Judicial Oonmnittee of the House of Lords on the appeal lodged .by the railwayman against the decision of tho Court of Appeal—given ion November 28th, 1908, by tho Master off the Rolls and Lardls Justices Moulton .and Farwell m the .appeal case Osborne v. tho Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants—(the report of the Executive states tbait if it is allowed to remain (Unionism will suffer a greater 'impedimenjf than from tho Taff Vale decision. The Executive also regrets Mr Robert Blartdhford’s ‘'absurd and wicked outbursts against Germany."
