TARIFF AGREEMENTS
FRANCE AND CANADA, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 6, The Washington correspondent of “The Times” says the way is clear for American negotiations with France and Canada. Anything in the shape of a tariff war with Canada will, the correspondent says, probably lose the Republicans nearly every, seat in the Northern States at the next elections. It is announced that the Reichstag has passed the Bill embodying the Tariff asreement with America.
