ARRANGEMENTS EOR INSPECTION OE CADETS In connection with the mobilisation of tb,? junior cadets during Lord Kitchener's visit'next month, the 'officer commanding. Major T. W. The cadets who will come together at Hutt Park, as centre for the WuUington district, -will be 'inspected on Friday, February l!sth.
