A CANADIAN LOAN
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received January 16, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, January 15. Canada is issuing a £4,000,000 3* per cent, loan at 99. The money will chiefly be used for conversion purposes. The underwriters of the Indian loan will receive about half.
