FIRE AT AUCKLAND
TREES ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, January 12. A four-roomed house in Summer street, Eden terrace, occupied by Frederick Murray, labourer, and owned by Lewis, a jeweller, was destroyed by fir© this evening. The furniture was uninsured, ami it is not known whether the house was insured. - The adjoining house (also owned by Mr Lewis) was badly damaged by fire and water.
