A Chicago Court has decided that a landlord’s refusal to renew a tenant’s lease owing to tho birth of a ohildj is illegal, because it tends to promote nac© suicide. Tho verdict has encouraged other tenants to object to a clause in their leases which prohibits the presence of children in flats.
