whole of tho time she preaches. Her hearers were obviously impressed by her expression of ideas and listsned most attentively. Mr William McLean, who introduced tho lecturess, said he' was glad that so noted'a medium had derided to make Wellington her home. During tho ovening Madam Patey and Mr Hutton sang , a duet, and Madam gave clairvoyant descriptions. The remainder of the evening was "taken up in tho reading of the Scriptures and the singing of hymns. Madam mentions that she has been a medium for Mr W. T. Stead's Bureau (Julia's) in London.
