The fascinating little Teddy Bear, no t satisfied with supplanting all other toys in children’s affections, has now captured the heart of fashionable' woman. She, however, cannot have on e just because she wants one, but must first find some excuse. So Teddy Bear now appears as the sketch shows, in the form of a chumming vanity hag Of course, all children will spurn him with a clasp across his back, but grown-ups must take what they can get.
