Tliie new agreement provides for the miners working in herds to truck the coal to the nearest siding, the distance, ■not to exceed twenty-two yards. Miners working on an incline are to run coal to the face jig, the distance not to exceed twenty-two yards. Truckers are to assist the miners to and from the working-fans in pillars. In any place where a miner is unable to truck he will get the assistance of a trucker. Under. the old agreement a miner had to truck fifty yards, or to the first jig distance, irqual to two, pillar lengths.
