FEARS OF SOCIALISM
VIEWS OF A CANADIAN PROVIN OIAL PREMIER. OTTAWA, January 3. The Hon, R. P. Roblin, Premier of Manitoba, in a speech, expressed fear of a change in the relations between Britain and the colonies if Socialists . were nominated to .the British Parliament. Though it was a delicate subject, the colonies, Mr Roblin said, ought to try : to avert so great a misfortune.
