J. ARNST'S PROTEST
FBESB ABSOCTATIOX. . CHRISTCHTJRCH, December 7. At a meeting of the North Canterbury centre oi the League ,of Wheelmen tho-protest of J. Arnst against his disqualification in the TimartiChristchurch road race was considered. It was decided that tho centre should consider the wliole question of irregularities -alleged to have taken place in tho race, and a sub-eommitte? of four was appointed to call evidence and obtain the fullest information on the question and report to a.meeting to be held as early as possible.
