Lord Selborno, High Commissioner for South Africa, speaking at a banquet at Buluwayo, said many largo and important questions required settlement, but tho danger point was now past. Rhodesia would not enter tho Union until South Africans, Rhodesians, and tho Chartered Company agreed that the time .was ripe. When that time arrived the Imperial Government would give the utmost assistance in bringing about the change.
