A SUBMARINE SUNK ALL ON BOARD LOST ACCIDENT WHILE MANOEUVRING OFF YARMOUTH. ANOTHER BOAT IN TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 10, 1.5 a.ra.) LONDON, July 15. A terrible naval accident has occurred off Yarmouth, resulting in the 1 loss of sixteen lives. Two submarines—Cll and Cl 7 wore manoeuvring together, and apparently came into collision, with the result that tho former was sank and those mi board her drowned.
