Announcements have been issued for the National Puxitv Congress to convene in Burlington, lowa, U.S.A., October ISth to 22nd, 1909. This congress will be held under the auspices of the National Purity Federation, an association having for its object the co-operation of all forces in America that are striving to promo e purity in the life of the .mlividiuu and in social re niions.
