MARTIAL LAW IN BOLIVIA
WAR POSSIBLE WITH PERUVIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 14, 8.33. p.in.) . ‘ LONDON, July 14. Advices from La Paz, capital of Bolivia, state that owing to disturbances and continued pillaging martial law has been proclaimed throughout Bolivia. The Government of Bolivia has rejected tho Peruvian frontier award, ,and some quarters interpret this rejection as equivalent to a declaration of war. There is a great exodus of Peruvians from Bolivia.
