BENEVOLENT TRUSTEES

The Benevolent Trustees met yesterday afternoon, when there were present Mr R. W. Short (in tJhe chair), Miss M. Richmond, and Messrs D, Robertson and H. Cook.

Accounts totalling £270 were passed for payment. Tho workhouse master (Mr A. H. Truobridge) reported thai there are at present seventy-six men and thirty-ono women iri the Ohiro Home. Relief was granted in various cases and a good deal of business of public interest was conducted in com"iiittoo.
