This new township, situate some thirty chains from the railway station at Paroparaumu, on the -Wellington and Manawatu railway line, will b© submitted to public auction at the Exchange Land Mart of T. Kennedy Macdonald, Limited, on Wednesday evening, November 25th, at 7.30 o’clock, ns per a lengthy detailed advertisement inserted in our auction coinmns. There are 380 sections, comprising town business sections from a quarter acre upwards, which are nearly all flat, suburban sections, from one acre to four acres each, seaside sites of half an aero fronting the Scarborough sea beach and tho old original . coach road, and small farm and dairy farm sections from two acres to sixty-three acres each. The whole of the town sections will, it is announced, bo submitted at an upset price from <£lo each. The terms of sale should prove attractive to intending buyers, the deposits ranging from J 22 10s per section, with tho balance of purchase money in easy instalments, and no interest, for Jhree years Oil the town and suburban sections.
